BEIJING (Reuters) – Chinese Vice Primary Liu He spoke by cellphone with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and U.S. Trade Expert Robert Lighthizer and the two sides built further extra substantive progress on trade talks, Xinhua information firm claimed on Friday.
